Kidatalk Launch
![]() ![]() ![]() Kidanet launched its Voice over the Internet Protocol (VoIP) service, Kidatalk on 13 March with promises of a cheaper telephony service. Fiji International Telecommunication Ltd (FINTEL) chairman Savenaca Narube said companies could communicate effectively with their various branches locally or even internationally at a fraction of the cost they are paying now. Kidatalk VoIP customers, says Narube, will be able to talk longer for the same call price. VoIP is hugely popular globally since it has cut down communication costs and practically has a worldwide reach.
