Today is my last day in Suva before I leave for a week’s adventure in Beqa and the Yasawas. When I pack I manage to cram everything into one tiny bag, figuring I won’t need much more than a bikini, nurse a few tops and a pair of shorts.

Tonight Mum cooks me some of my favourite foods that I’ve had here so far, as a small goodbye for my trip. The best by far is fish wrapped in spinach and then fried. The rolls are amazing finger food and it’s easy to eat far too many of them.
